Paddington Bear fans have a lovely excuse to add another night to their Tokyo itinerary. Sunshine City Prince Hotel in Ikebukuro is bringing back its popular Paddington collaboration, but this time the experience will run across almost eleven months, with four different seasonal room themes.
The special stays began on November 1, 2026, and will continue until September 30, 2027. Each season has its own decorations and themed amenities, starting with a Christmas version, followed by winter, spring, and summer designs. So, depending on when you visit, you could have quite a different Paddington experience!
The Christmas rooms run until December 25, with the winter theme taking over from January 8 to February 28. Spring follows from March 3 to May 31, while the summer version will be available from June 3 through September 30.
There is also a little British flavor to the experience, with a special breakfast inspired by Paddington's home country. Guests receive commemorative coasters featuring different designs for each seasonal stay, too.
The hotel has been collaborating with Paddington since 2021, but extending the partnership across all four seasons gives fans plenty of opportunities to book. It's also a fun option for families traveling with children, particularly those who already know and love the marmalade-loving bear.
Prices start at 23,000 JPY per person, based on two people sharing a room. With Paddington-themed details changing throughout the year, this could be a rather sweet addition to a Tokyo stay.
