The ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-omachi Kuroyon is located in the mountains of Omachi and is surrounded by numerous forests, which invite the visitors to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. The hotel complex offers 73 guest rooms (double and single beds, superior and deluxe, family rooms, child-friendly rooms, modern Japanese rooms, Kids Suite and Duplex). All rooms are spacious (20 m² to 73 m²) and have large windows with a view of the mountain landscape.

The children's rooms have been designed in a child-friendly way. They contain of various elements that are typical of the Nagano prefecture (e.g. trees, mountains and apples). Another special feature is also that children up to the age of 12 years can stay at the hotel free of charge when accompanied by their parents and will get meals for free as well and some welcome gifts for their stay.

In order to find your way around easily, there are detailed, easy-to-understand maps everywhere. Elevators are also available. With the exception of the indoor pool, all areas of the hotel are barrier-free. Good lighting, wide corridors, ramps and wide accesses to the toilets ensure that wheelchair users can move freely around the hotel and its grounds. In addition, a wheelchair rental service is also offered.
Partnerships
The hotel also collaborates with outdoor brand, The North Face, for gear and equipment rental, allowing visitors to join organised, seasonal outdoor activities, like trekking the Northern Alps, SUP on the lakes in the summer, mountain biking and camping in the fall, or skiing and snowshoeing in the winter (to be determined).
Eden is located right in the entrance area. In addition to coffee, tea, juices and cakes, alcoholic beverages are also offered here. The hotel restaurant Botanica offers Japanese and Western cuisine. Visitors can have a dish prepared individually by the kitchen staff, so people with special food allergies or vegetarians/vegans can enjoy their stay to the fullest. For breakfast, a buffet is offered, with the possibility to order fresh omelet etc. In the restaurant kitchen, mostly locally grown ingredients are used, whereby the hotel guarantees the freshness of its dishes and its support to the locals.
Visitors have the opportunity to apply for some outdoor activities in the Alps Azumino National Government Park area. These include trail running and mountain biking through the surrounding forests.
The hotel is located 15 minutes by car from Shinano-Omachi JR Station, but is also easily accessible by regular bus service from Nagano Station.
