Tokyo City Keiba (TCK) est une piste de courses de chevaux au cœur de Tokyo connue pour ses courses nocturnes "Twinkle night races". C'est la première piste de courses de chevaux au Japon à accueillir des courses nocturnes, qui sont encore aujourd'hui un spectacle populaire sur les terrains de courses de chevaux du Japon.
