Sakura Town is home to shops, restaurants, a culture museum—designed by famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma—, a factory, offices, an event space, and even its own shrine and anime hotel. Experience Japan’s most beloved anime, manga, novels, and games as though they were real-life.

This five-floor museum was designed by Kengo Kuma, the renowned Japanese architect. Built with over 20,000 granite stones, the impressive facade looks like a spaceship that's recently landed in the area. Inside, you'll find library floors, museum exhibitions, and a cafe.

The Musashino Nimasu Uruwashiki Yamato no Miyashiro Shrine is more commonly known as the Musashino Reiwa Shrine. The exterior was designed by Kengo Kuma. Inside, fans of Vampire Hunter D or Final Fantasy may recognize the ceiling art by Yoshitaka Amano. The guardian dogs were sculpted by Yoshimasa Tsuchiya.
Yokai Pandemonium is the second ever exhibition in the grand gallery of the Kadokawa Culture Museum in Tokorozawa Sakura Town. The start coincides with the grand opening of Tokorozawa Sakura Town. Works will be on display from renowned Japanese author Hiroshi Aramata.
The EJ Anime Museum will open in Kadokawa Culture Museum with a Newtype Anime Chronicle exhibition. Newtype is a monthly publication featuring the latest anime, manga, tokusatsu, scifi, seiyu and video game news. The exhibition will showcase the magazine through the years.

Ken + Julia Yonetani's first major exhibition in Japan, at the new Kadokawa Culture Museum. "This is why I want to be saved" will be the very first exhibition at the fourth floor 'Edit and Art Gallery' of the museum.
